You can either pay cash money transfer (a/c: "CBCA/01/000091" for Pharmacy campus, a/c: "CBCA/01/000078" for other campus) OR through demand draft in the name of "Rajiv Gandhi College Form", payable at Satna MP.

1 The status of Application form receiving will be updated only after printed copy of the form is received at respective admission office.
2 After filling in the page 1, a form number and password is allotted and displayed on the second page. Notedown this information for future reference.
3 In case you are not able to complete the form now, you shall login with the form number and password to fill-in the remaining detail and take print out later.
